DEMOLITION AND REPAIR
In 1972, the patio between the house and detached garage was enclosed without permit.
In 2021, LADBS refused to permit the construction unless it was torn down and reconstructed. The section was demolished.
The tenants chose to remain during the construction and all city obligations were satisfied in less than 2 months.

Demolition completed in a day and a half
One side required a new exterior wall and a section of roof
A new sliding glass window was installed before the stucco was replaced.JPEG)
